DAY PARKING VEHICLE PASS - CONDITIONS OF SALE & ENTRY

Please be aware that upon purchase of your Vehicle Pass you accept the terms and conditions listed below:

1. It is a condition of Splendour In The Grass 2011 that you must pre-purchase a Day Parking Vehicle Pass to gain access to the Woodfordia carpark in a private vehicle. This includes hire vehicles.
2. Day Parking Vehicle Pass grants your vehicle daily entry to the Woodfordia carpark on Friday 29, Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 July 2011. No entry to carparks prior to these dates.
3. Vehicles cannot be left in the carpark overnight and sleeping in vehicles in the carpark is not allowed. If you plan to drink alcohol, please organize a designated driver or instead of driving plan to catch a bus.
4. Vehicles not displaying a valid pass will be refused entry to the carpark.
5. Ensure that you have the correct type of pass.
6. Vehicle pass applies to one vehicle only. Passes are not re-usable on more than one vehicle and must not be altered. Such actions will render the pass null and void and may result in you being refused admission to the carpark and the festival.
7. Day Parking Vehicle Pass is valid until the close of the festival on the night of Sunday 31^st July 2011 after which time all private vehicles must depart the Woodfordia carpark.
8. Treat your Vehicle Entry Pass like cash, as passes are sold on a strict no refund, no exchange, and no replacement basis. Passes are refunded under the relevant laws that protect the organizer, the venue & ticket purchaser. A change in your personal plans or circumstances does not warrant a refund.
9. Vehicle Pass must be fixed to the bottom inside of the windscreen on the driver’s side.
10. The pass should be positioned so that it is clearly visible from the exterior of the car but does not obstruct the driver’s vision of traffic. Do not fix your pass to windows that can be opened and closed, that have film tinting or to the coloured tint along the top of the windscreen
11. Pass needs to be in position well before the town of Woodford or other approaches within 10km of the site as it will need to be seen by police and traffic controllers as you approach Woodfordia and also needs to be checked by our staff when you arrive at the venue carpark.
12. Do not damage or tamper with the pass or your entry may be delayed or denied.
13. Vehicle Pass is only applicable for private use vehicles. It is not valid for taxis, trucks, buses or commercial mini-buses.
14. Vehicle Pass does not include entry to Splendour In the Grass festival or entitlement to camping. Each occupant of a vehicle entering the Woodfordia carpark must also hold a Splendour in the Grass Event Ticket.
15. Vehicle Passes may not, without the prior written consent of Splendour In the Grass Pty Ltd, be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a pass is sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.
