(Festival site is also open Thursday from 6pm-midnight for ticketholders.)

4 NIGHTS (Thursday to Monday) = $99 + booking fees
NB: anyone wanting to book pre-erected tents through Tent City Hire or Tepee Life must purchase a North Beach Campground ticket first. Tent City/Tepee Life bookings do NOT include a North Beach Campground ticket.
This year there is off-site camping at North Beach Campground on Bayshore Drive, Byron Bay, a few minutes away from Belongil Fields. Those intending to camp at North Beach Campground will need to purchase an Event Ticket as well as a separate Camping Ticket. The Campground ticket does not gain entry to the festival.
EVENT AND CAMPGROUND OPERATING TIMES
Festival gates open from 11am on Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 July. Main stages commence at 12.30pm and finish by midnight on Friday/Saturday and by 11pm on Sunday. Other entertainment areas and eateries remain open later, with the festival gates closing by 2am on Friday/Saturday and midnight on Sunday.
The site will also be open on Thursday 26 July from 6pm-midnight with some bars and eateries in operation and entertainment in the Smirnoff Cocktail Bar and other areas tba. Come out and check out the site and get your event wristband before Friday’s rush. Get yourself something to eat or hang out by the bonfire. Relax in the Global Village. The Melaleuca Carpark will be open, although we would prefer it if you caught a shuttle bus.
North Beach Campground will open from 9am Thursday 26 July to noon Monday 30 July.
CARBON OFFSET OPTION
A carbon offset option will again be available for an additional outlay of $3 per ticket. Your $3 payment will be invested by CLIMATE FRIENDLY in renewable energy generation projects. As a result your travel emissions (up to 350km) will be offset through this investment. Thank you for caring for our climate.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. There are no refunds on tickets except as required by &/or specified by the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice. Incorrect purchases DO NOT qualify for a refund.

SECURITY POLICY
For web purchases Moshtix employs bank grade 128bit encryption to protect your credit card and personal information. Your moshtix details can only be accessed by you using a login (your email address or mobile number) and a password. All credit card information stored by Moshtix is secured using bank strength encryption. Moshtix servers are housed in a secure data centre, inside a locked cage, that is accessible only by moshtix technical staff.
