Vehicle Entry Passes
Vehicle Entry Passes are required for every vehicle entering the Woodfordia site this year.
There are two types of Vehicle Entry Passes. Those Event-Camping Ticketholders intending to travel to the site in a private vehicle will need to obtain a Campground Vehicle Entry Pass, while Event-Only ticketholders intending to use the Woodfordia carpark will need to obtain a Day Parking Vehicle Pass.
Vehicle Entry Passes will be available from June 1st (9am AEST) through Moshtix at moshtix.com.au for $30 (inclusive of fees and charges).
Mastercard & Visa only.
There will be a limit of two (2) vehicle passes per buyer.
Passes will be sent out from June 30th.
Car pass sales via moshtix.com.au will close at 5pm on Tuesday 26th July.
Vehicle Entry Passes will not be able to be resold via the Resale Facility.

Event-Camping ticketholders will be able to get a full refund on their Campground Vehicle Entry Pass if they arrive in a vehicle carrying a minimum of three people. So it's simply a case of carpooling with two or more mates and you'll get your full $30 back, onsite at the event, to spend however you wish.
There will be a capped number of passes issued for vehicle entry each day and campers will need to nominate which day they will be arriving and purchase a Campground Vehicle Entry Pass for the appropriate day. It's worth noting that if you arrive on Wednesday you'll receive priority camping close to the festival entry, as will campers who arrive on public transport. The early bird catches the best camp spot at SPLENDOUR!
If all Campground Vehicle Entry Passes for a particular day are already sold out, patrons will have the choice of arriving on an alternative day or they can take advantage of the Free Parking Station that will be serviced by the festival shuttle service to get them and their gear to and from the event.
Day Parking Vehicle Passes will also be limited. These passes are not eligible for a refund based on the number of occupants in a vehicle.
