Event Worker

Do you have a passion for event work? Do you want to be involved in creating a dynamic world-renowned festival?  Register your interest in working at Splendour in the Grass.

What type of work will be available?

We recruit roles within the Event Operations area. Roles are available with the following teams;

  • Gates and Wristbanding
  • Traffic and Car Parking
  • Worker and Volunteer HQ
  • Buses and Transport
  • Cloakroom and Information
  • Guest Services
  • PostFest Site Crew

When do I have to work?

Event Workers must be available for the duration of Splendour in the Grass, arriving on site no later than 4pm Tuesday 18 July. You need to remain available through to 2pm Sunday 24 July. Workers need to be available for morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts at various times throughout the Festival.

PostFest Site Crew must be available between 7.30am – 5.30pm from Monday 25 July through to Friday 29 July.

What will I be paid?

You will be remunerated at an industry standard level. You will also receive access to the festival outside of your rostered shift-times, as well as free camping (BYO) within the Worker and Volunteer Campground.

When will applications be open?

Applications for paid event work will be opening early 2022! In the meantime, you can complete your interest above.
