Splendour in the Grass is giving residents with postcodes 2477 through to (and including) 2490 the opportunity to buy tickets to #SITG2024 at an EXCLUSIVE SPECIAL LOCALS PRICE for ONE DAY ONLY before they go onsale to the general public.

Purchasers will need to show VALID PHOTO ID showing their home address/postcode  as well as their full name that matches their Credit/Debit card and can buy Event and Camping tickets for up to 4 people.

ONLINE
CAN’T GET TO BYRON TOWN?
Locals can purchase ONLINE same day & time only.

Make sure you are signed up to Moshtix and have your account details ready to go (if you don’t have an account you can sign up here).

Click the link and you will notice the tickets are listed but showing as ‘Closed’. You need to enter your offer code in the box provided to unlock tickets. 

Your postcode is your Offer Code. Postcodes from 2477 through to and including 2490 are accepted (you need to press return/enter after entering the code).

Once the offer code is accepted, the tickets will unlock and you can complete your purchase.

3 Day Event Ticket: $349 + fees

Single Day Event Ticket: $149 + fees

Camping & VIP Village Tickets will also be available for purchase at standard pricing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE THE DAY

  • NAME and DATE OF BIRTH details are required for EVERY TICKET BEING PURCHASED.
  • SET UP A MOSHTIX ACCOUNT BEFOREHAND at moshtix.com
  • Tickets will not be provided on the day – They will be emailed to the email address on the Moshtix account used for the transaction.
  • NO CASH SALES or EFTPOS. 

 

If you are buying in person, once inside the Byron Community Centre, there will be two methods of purchasing tickets: either face to face with a Splendour Seller or on your own personal device e.g. mobile, table etc!

WANT A FRIENDLY STAFF MEMBER TO ASSIST?

  • Fill in a form provided on the day.
  • Pay using AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD ONLY.
  • Your VALID PHOTO ID must match the full name on your Credit/Debit card for the Splendour seller to complete your purchase.

WANT TO PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

  • Split your payment into installments with PayPal Pay in 4* or Zip payment plans. Only available when purchasing on your own device.

  • Locals can buy tickets for friends or family who live outside the local area.
  • SITG is an All-Ages event. Please read the Full Youth Policy here.
  • Kids aged 12 and under are admitted free.
  • Purchasing a ticket for someone who is U18? Please read the Full Youth Policy here.

  • Can’t get to Byron town? Residents can purchase only same day and time here.
  • If you need to correct a name or DOB typo, the original purchaser must log in to their Moshtix account and select the “Manage Tickets and Booking History” option under the “My Account” heading. Select the “Help with this Order” option and follow the on screen prompts to submit your inquiry.

FAQS

what can i bring if my current id doesn't have my updated valid postcode on it?

Please bring some documentation that proves you live within the postcode – for example an electricity bill with your name on it. The full name on the documentation needs to match your Credit/Debit card details for one of our Splendour sellers to complete the purchase.

Yes! As long as you live in a valid postcode and access the sale between 10am – 4pm, you are guaranteed tickets.

3 Day Event tickets are $349 + fees, and Single Day Event tickets are $149 + fees.

Camping & VIP Village tickets will also be available for purchase at standard pricing.

Simply head to Moshtix here between 10am – 4pm on Sunday 17 March and enter your valid postcode in the Offer Code box to unlock the tickets.

Yes! If you have a family member/friend who lives in a valid postcode, they’re welcome to purchase a ticket for you. Friendly reminder: your full name and DOB must be listed on the ticket in order for it to be valid, so make sure anyone purchasing your ticket has your up to date information!

A maximum of 4x Event and 4x Camping tickets per person.
