Käse Kochen has made his mark as a pioneering artist of the unique bush techno sound and furthermore, of the global progressive techno movement. Originating in the forest dwelling doof scene of Northern New South Wales and now based in Hobart, Käse Kochen has ripened into an impressive Australian artist, gracing internationally sought slots including Shankra (Switzerland), Twisted Frequency (New Zealand), and Australia’s Rainbow Serpent, Esoteric and Elements Festivals. Between his Käse Kochen alias and birth-name project, Harrison Downes, he determinedly releases on Stone Seed, Alpaka, Digital Structures and Techgnosis Records, along the way collaborating in the remix department with Maksim Dark, Yuli Fershtat, Jossie Telch, Electrypnose, Luis M, Carbon, The Riddler, Doppel and Tom Baker.
